We’re teaming up with the Carson Chamber of Commerce to bring you a food and beer pairing adventure for the first Carson Restaurant week!

Our chefs have prepared a 4-course dinner menu with optional beer pairings.

Course #1

Cheese Plate:

4 year aged cheddar, Gouda, Fresh Fruit, French Baguette, Prosciutto and Calabrese.  Paired with Muis: 100% Brett Belgian Style Blonde. 6.75% ABV

Course #2

Persimmon Arugula Salad with Smoked Salmon

10 Hour Smoked Salmon, Crisp Arugula, Persimmons, Fresh Mint, Goat Cheese, Pomegranate and House-made Red Wine Vinaigrette.  Paired with Missing Wednesday: Grisette  5.3% ABV

Course #3

Rack Of Lamb

Sous Vide Rack of Lamb, Wild Mushroom Risotto with Pancetta, Thyme and Fresh Microgreens.  Paired with Broadacres with Black Currants: Wild Berliner Weisse 4.2% ABV

Course #4

Panna Cotta

Apricot Panna Cotta with Fresh Whipped Cream and Candied Walnuts.  Paired with Rickenstein: South German Hefeweizen 5% ABV
