Opening Beer 




Beer: “Grapefruit Radler” by Two Pitchers (5.1%)  A refreshingly crisp blend of lager and grapefruit juice with a hint of blood orange for good measure.




Course 1




Food: Mango Summertime Salad- Mixed baby greens, diced mango, candied walnuts, feta cheese, red onion tossed in a lemon vinaigrette.




Beer: “Mangoveza” by Latitude 33 (7.2%) – An unparalleled contrast of sweet and heat. Tropical fruit flavor upfront followed by a burst of habanero warmth provides a well-balanced IPA.




Course 2




Food: Fire Grilled Dr. Pepper Wings- Lightly charred then tossed in a sweet and savory Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce.




Beer: “Danish Red Lager” by Figueroa Mountain (5.5%) – Crafted with a blend of European caramel malts balanced with North American and German hops, producing layers of rich, caramel malt flavor and a full body. This beer is fermented with a European lager yeast and cold-conditioned for an extended period of time for a very clean profile.




Course 3




Food: Citrus Marinated Tri-Tip – Fire grilled sliced tri-tip marinated for 24hrs served with mashed potatoes and broccolini.




Beer: “Blood Orange IPA” Latitude 33 (7.2%) – Juicy and refreshingly delicious. While it is infused with blood orange, it is not too sweet. The citrusy, tropical bitterness provides a perfect balance.




Course 4




Food: Raspberry Beignets- White chocolate and raspberry filled, drizzled with cream frosting.




Beer: “Flamingo Dreams Nitro” by Left Hand Brewing (4.7%) – A refreshing blonde ale with a berry burst, frisky zing, and a nitro glide that’ll bring out your vibrant side. Join the flock and let’s flamingle.
